You should say:
You have one minute to prepare and may make notes. Then speak for one to two minutes; the examiner may ask one or two short follow-up questions.
I’d like to talk about my younger sister, Sarah. She is 18 years old and is a very creative and outgoing person. We often spend time together watching movies or going shopping. I get along well with her because we share similar interests and can talk about anything. Our bond is strong, and I appreciate her support and understanding.
