You should say:
You have one minute to prepare and may make notes. Then speak for one to two minutes; the examiner may ask one or two short follow-up questions.
I remember a time when I was embarrassed during a presentation at school. It was last year, and I was presenting in front of my classmates and teachers. I accidentally mixed up my notes and ended up talking about the wrong topic. I felt so embarrassed, but I took a deep breath and laughed it off, which helped ease the tension. Afterward, my friends supported me, and I learned to prepare better for future presentations.
