You should say:
You have one minute to prepare and may make notes. Then speak for one to two minutes; the examiner may ask one or two short follow-up questions.
One activity I do to relax is reading. I usually do it at home in my cozy reading nook. I started this habit during my college years when I needed an escape from studying. I find reading relaxing because it allows me to immerse myself in different worlds and forget about my worries.
