You should say:
You have one minute to prepare and may make notes. Then speak for one to two minutes; the examiner may ask one or two short follow-up questions.
A piece of advice I received recently was from my mentor at work. This happened about a month ago when I was feeling overwhelmed with my tasks. He advised me to prioritize my tasks and focus on one thing at a time. I felt relieved and grateful for his guidance, as it helped me manage my workload more effectively and reduced my stress levels.
