You should say:
You have one minute to prepare and may make notes. Then speak for one to two minutes; the examiner may ask one or two short follow-up questions.
A sport I would like to learn is tennis. To play, you need a racket, balls, and a court. I would start by taking lessons from a coach to learn the basics and improve my skills. I want to learn tennis because I enjoy competitive sports, and it seems like a fun way to stay active and meet new people.
