Letters and emails serve the same purpose of communication but differ significantly in their methods. Letters are handwritten and require postal services, while emails are digital and instantaneous. In the past, letters were the primary means of communication, often taking weeks to reach their destination. Nowadays, emails and other digital forms have largely replaced letters due to their speed and convenience. While some may argue that letters will eventually disappear, I believe they will continue to exist, especially for formal communications. Computers have transformed communication, making it faster and more efficient. Professors now utilize computers to enhance teaching and research, indicating a positive shift in educational practices.
