These are IELTS Speaking Part 3 questions on online shopping and consumerism, with band 9 sample answers and tips. Part 3 answers should give an opinion, a reason and an example.
In my country, online shopping has gained immense popularity, with people frequently purchasing clothing, electronics, and groceries. This trend has surged due to its convenience and the ability to compare prices easily. However, drawbacks include the inability to physically inspect products and potential delivery delays. Completely avoiding this culture seems unrealistic, but we can strive to make more mindful purchasing decisions.
