Sample answer to these questions

I currently work as a marketing specialist at a tech company. I chose this job because I have always been passionate about technology and communication. It's a popular field in my country, and I enjoy the creative aspects of my role. My colleagues are supportive, and we often collaborate on projects. My first day was a bit overwhelming, but I quickly adapted. I handle various responsibilities, including developing marketing strategies and analyzing market trends. If given the chance, I might explore a role in product management, but I see myself continuing in marketing for the foreseeable future.
