I typically spend my weekends catching up on rest, personal tasks, and quality time with family and friends. Saturday evenings are my favourite because I feel free to relax without the pressure of an early start the next day. I wish weekends were longer, as they often feel too short. Having free time is essential for recovery and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
