As a business analyst, my day involves researching software, documenting requirements, and collaborating with developers. Currently, I'm focused on creating requirements for large projects and enhancing my skills through online courses. My responsibilities include tracking project progress and communicating with clients. I chose this role after being promoted from programming, finding it more challenging and rewarding. My education in Computer Science and two years of experience as a developer prepared me for this position.
